Charity Background |
To date,
with your help Family Insurance
Solutions Inc. has raised over
$228,000 for our charity
organizations.
Monies donated to UNICEF have
funded the infrastructure of a
pediatric HIV/AIDS medical
facility in Mozambique and
provided relief to the citizens
of Haiti after the earthquake.
In 2010, in addition to
continuing to support UNICEF,
Family has chosen to focus its
attention on children closer to
home – Boys and Girls Clubs
within the province of British
Columbia.
The Boys and Girls Clubs have
been in existence for 75 years
providing programs that promote
the physical, educational and
social development of children
and youth. They offer substance
abuse counseling programs,
parent support groups and Camp
Potlatch on Howe Sound. All of
these services are designed to
help children and youth achieve
their full positive potential to
become contributing community
members.
