How to identify your Travelers policy type:

To find the document the outlines the changes to your home insurance policy, you can use your Travelers policy number or the name of your Travelers policy.

Using your Travelers policy number

The policy number can help identify the relevant document. Your Travelers policy number can be found on your previous Travelers policy documents.

Using your Travelers policy name

You can find the name of your Travelers or The Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company policy on the Policy Declaration page of your policy documents, either:

In the section entitled Rating Information, beside "Form Type"

In the section that shows your Location Information, the policy type is displayed in the top right-hand corner of the page view image. If a customer Insures more than one residence on the same policy, please see the Location Information section for each residence address shown on the Policy Declaration
