You can make a claim by contacting your insurance broker during business hours. For after hours emergencies, please call  toll free 1-800-661-4404.

For Emergency Road Service, call 1-866-534-4973.

You can also report your claim online.

Within 24 hours of reporting your claim, one of our experienced claims staff will contact you to:

  • get the details of your claim
  • arrange a replacement vehicle if needed, for those who have purchased this coverage
  • coordinate a place for you to stay in case of a residential loss
  • explain the claims process and your insurance coverage
  • answer any questions you may have
